Refunds

1.The first module is free, and it is the refund window

Real lessons, no card. It is the same instructor, the same production and the same teaching as the paid modules, because it is one of them.

This is deliberate. A fourteen-day window on a course is a promise that only works for people who have not started, and it punishes the ones who do the work early. Letting you watch a whole module first tells you the same thing the window would, before any money moves.

2.What you are buying

Lifetime access to the complete course you buy, every module and lesson in it, for one payment. Not a subscription. If we add lessons, you get them.

Access is granted to the account that made the purchase and is not transferable. It is not a licence to redistribute the videos, the transcripts or the templates.

3.When we do refund

If you were charged twice for the same course, we refund the duplicate. If you paid and never received access because of a fault on our side, we refund in full.

If a transfer is rejected during review, no money has moved to us and there is nothing to refund — your bank still holds it. Write to us if that is not what your statement shows.

4.Chargebacks and certificates

A chargeback or a reversed transfer withdraws course access, and it withdraws any certificate issued to that account. The public verification page for a withdrawn certificate continues to resolve and states that it was withdrawn, with the date. It does not disappear.

5.How to reach us

Write to the address on the contact page with your order reference — it looks like UPR-0000 and it is on your receipt. We answer during Egyptian working hours.
